Mitchell is one of Australia's largest carriers of petroleum products, transporting more than 1.5 billion litres of fuel and a billion litres of crude oil annually.
Mitchell operates a fleet of over 200 tankers with an average age of just four years. Mitchell has the capability of running a range of services from 145,000 litre road trains to 24 hour metropolitan distribution. We have also designed the only two-way dual haulage technology, allowing non-compatible bulk liquids to be safely transported without requiring cleaning between loads. This innovative technology is still under development.
