They engage others in working to a common goal because they are supportive and motivational team players.

Congratulations to this quarter's winner, Jeff Rush from Mitchell West Goldfields. Nominated by John Sarich and presented with his award by Ian Kent on Thursday 29th March, Jeff is a worthy winner.
Jeff moved to WA from New Zealand in late 2006 and started with Mitchell as a truck washer and yard hand. He took this job on with a fantastic attitude and during the first few months he undertook the necessary training to gain the required licenses and is now driving for Mitchell West.
Jeff has always displayed a "can do" attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Jeff is certainly a deserved winner of this Frankee Award. Well done Jeff!

The newest winner of the Mitchell Frankee Award is Ross Cunningham from the Kewdale depot.
Ross was nominated by Kevin Flanagan and his award was adjudicated by Ian Kent, Craig Watson and John Stonehouse. Ross received his award for his constant "can do" attitude and professionalism on the job. Ross has been a valued employee of Mitchell for 18 years, and has developed an unsurpassed amount of experience and knowledge of the Mitchell business. Ross always completes his tasks in a safe, efficient and timely manner with a no fuss approach. Ross is an inspirational leader and motivational team player. Congratulations Ross from the entire team.

The latest winner of the Mitchell Frankee Award is Yvonne Shaw, HSE and Training Advisor from Mitchell Helidon in Queensland.
Yvonne was nominated by her colleagues ina collaborative effort to give Yvonne the recognition she deserves. Yvonne's committment and dedication to the business and her role in HSE is fantastic and Yvonne inspires everyone that works with her at Helidon as well as those across the whole Mitchell business.

Congratulations to Frankee Award winner Gary Muntz, Regional General Manager for Mitchell West South West Bulk Logistics.
Gary was nominated by Gillian Hansen from the Kalgoorlie operations. His award was adjudicated by Garret Dixon and Ian Kent, and was presented during a BBQ in front of staff and peers. Gillian nominated Gary for his excellent management skills and on going efforts to ensure his staff have the necessary requirements to do their jobs. Dual June quarter Frankee Award Winner is Michelle Wood, Administrator from the Mitchell Helidon operations in Helidon. Congratulations to Michelle.
Michelle was nominated by Rex Whip, Business Manager for Mitchell Helidon. Michelle has been a valued employee for the last five and half years, and is an integral part of the Helidon team. Michelle excels in customer service and her commitment to ensuring the job is done correctly is outstanding. Michelle has also played a key role in reinforcing the Helidon business as a professional outfit and through her work we have been able to maintain relationships with customers and suppliers. Winner of the April Frankee Award is Daniel Bull, Business Logistics Analyst based in the Perth office. Daniel was nominated by his colleagues Ian Kent and Ray Bell and his nomination was adjudicated by Mitchell Corp Managing Director Garret Dixon.
Daniel has been awarded with a Frankee for his ongoing commitment to the business and for his innovation in developing a process for managing customers rise & falls that ensures accurate compliance with the contract and efficient means of communication with the customers.
